When Samantha began practicing yoga in 2011 she never anticipated the impact the practice would have on her daily life. Yoga reminds her to breathe when things are challenging and to respond rather than react. Yoga reminds Sam that it is ok to be vulnerable. Her hope is that the time on your mat gives you an opportunity to reset your mind and body.
Samantha is an E-RYT registered with the Yoga Alliance. In the past five years she has taught over 1,000 hours and led six 200hr yoga teacher trainings at Corepower Yoga.
