Sara Carver
A self proclaimed “non-athlete,” yoga is the singular physical practice Sara has returned to time and time again over the last 10 years. She attributes this to the seven additional elements of the yogic practice aside from the postures. Sara considers postural yoga to be a physical manifestation of a spiritual practice, one that incorporates the mind, body, and soul. In her classes she hopes to provide a space to allow anyone and everyone to find a point of connection to this 8 limbed practice. A lifelong student, Sara centers her teaching in accessibility, humility, and respect for all.
